Lead and elevate our internal audit, enterprise risk, records management, and corporate governance functions.
We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Governance and Risk to lead a high-performing team and shape the future of governance across our organisation.
You will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing ONRSR’s internal audit assurance, enterprise risk management, records management and corporate governance frameworks. You will also lead the Governance and Risk team in driving the continuous development, improvement and oversight of these functions to deliver an integrated, risk-based governance assurance program.
Using your knowledge and expertise in governance and risk management, you will support the strategic direction of these areas and provide informed advice and recommendations to the Executive and Audit and Risk Committee.

It’s a plus if you’ve worked in governance roles within the public sector, or other regulated industries and you’re comfortable using governance software and electronic document management systems.
