Play an essential role in supporting the delivery of this key function within our organisation coordinating support for our Melbourne team.
The role of Administrative Officer is to provide a comprehensive range of quality administrative and information support services. The role provides administrative support to the General Manager, Melbourne, as well as the operational team and more broadly as required.
Based in Melbourne, this is a key office administration role where you will be a core part of the National Operations team. You will have a customer-focused, proactive approach to your work and be someone who builds strong working relationships and thrives on working on multiple competing tasks and deadlines.
This role will be engaged on a fixed term full-time basis for approximately 12 months (dependent on the successful candidate’s date of commencement) to cover a period of parental leave.

The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) has the responsibility for regulatory oversight of rail safety throughout Australia.
