From 2005 to 2020, quarterly reports on progress in implementing the NSW Government's response to recommendations contained within the Final Report of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Waterfall Rail Accident were produced by the Independent Transport Safety Regulator (ONRSR’s predecessor in NSW) and then by ONRSR.
