This digital recreation explores the issue of a communications breakdown that resulted in a near miss for a track worker
ONRSR is now producing digital recreations of actual safety occurrences on the Australian rail network. The development of these new safety resources allows us to share with rail transport operators, and rail safety stakeholders, more of what we are seeing through our regulatory activities – particularly our investigations. By recreating incidents we are able to guide viewers through an incident, showing how it unfolded and provide key learnings in the process. New incident recreations will be added periodically.
