This collection of publications offers a 'one-stop-shop' for new and historic rail safety tools, updates and guidance material, as well as ONRSR regulatory policies, forms and fees for accredited and registered operators.

Policies, forms and fee information:

  • Policies on how the ONRSR administers Rail Safety National Law, including competency requirements, safety performance reporting and compliance and enforcement
  • Forms such as occurrence notification, monthly returns, and the application for accreditation or variation
  • Fees including current application and annual fees for registration and accreditation.

ONRSR also publishes a National Rail Safety Register of accredited and registered operators.

It should be noted that material produced before the commencement of ONRSR on 20 January 2013 was prepared under previous legislation and parts may no longer be applicable. Users are advised to refer to the Rail Safety National Law (as it applies in their relevant jurisdiction) for their legislative obligations or contact ONRSR for more information.
