An accredited RTO may apply to ONRSR to surrender its accreditation.
To do so the RTO must inform ONRSR in writing of the intention to surrender and provide ONRSR with details of the cessation of rail operations.
RTOs seeking to surrender their accreditation are advised to contact ONRSR early in the process to clarify the requirements.
